CrewXpress operates as an organization (tenant) controlled application. User accounts are created, managed, activated, deactivated, or deleted solely by authorized administrators of the respective organization, such as an Operations Manager or designated Admin.
The application provider does not independently create, modify, deactivate, or delete individual user accounts. Access to the application is provided only through credentials issued by the organization using the platform.

CrewXpress does not automatically share, sell, rent, or disclose personal or operational data to third parties.

Since CrewXpress user accounts are managed entirely by the organization, requests for account deactivation or deletion must be directed to the organization’s authorized administrator.
The application provider does not have direct control over individual user accounts and cannot delete or deactivate accounts without authorization from the tenant organization.
Users who wish to delete their account or associated data may contact their organization’s authorized administrator or email support@aerodutypro.com to request account deletion. After verification, account data will be deleted in accordance with organization's operational and legal requirements.
Personal and operational data is retained as long as the organization maintains an active account on the platform and in accordance with the organization’s internal data retention policies and applicable laws.
Upon deactivation by the tenant administrator, access to data may be restricted or removed based on organizational policies.
CrewXpress is intended for professional and organizational use only. It is not designed for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
